Your Relationship isn't your Source of Happiness

Your relationships are a mirror into the relationship you have with you. If you feel unseen and unhappy with the people around you, ask yourself, what am I not seeing in me that needs to be seen and hugged?

Connections ground you to the Planet 

You see your gorgeous self as two selves; the Savage-Self and the Soul-Self who work in tandem to evolve you. Your standards have no choice but to rise because everything else will feel icky.

We are wired for Connection through our human DNA and we are wired for HAPPINESS through our spiritual technology. What the heck does this mean? When we create space to allow our SOUL-SELF to lead, this gives our SAVAGE-SELF the opportunity to rest and reset and make choices that serve us.

Love Connection is not a class or another video series to add to your already overwhelmed brain. It's a reminder to sit back and breath for a second before your body feels the need to fight or flight, or switch the laundry around.  It's a gentle nudge that BLISS EXISTS and although you are going in a direction that feels uncertain to our nervous system, you found the women that will hold you in your uncertainty as you practice and experiment with new knowledge.. The modern day woman lives in a state of fight/flight more so than a state of ease and rest.  Do you remember your mother resting, napping and being doted on by your father?  This early imprint creates a sense of urgency to "get it all done". We are running through our days on caffeine, cortisol and pharmaceuticals all in the name of "getting the shit done".  The timeline you choose to live on reflects the capacity your nervous system is able to contain. What you desire to hold in your heart as a connection will be reflected in the people around you. The decisions you make about your life, every second of every day,  construct your reality. This is called manifestation.  Each decision we make about how we will feel when we start our day and through out the day is where the energy behind your reality comes from.  If your thoughts are circling the drain with victim mentality, scarcity thinking and isolation then I can tell you for sure you are feeling over worked over hustled, and over exhausted. The worst part of it all is that we are unconsciously training the younger woman to stress out over their relationships too! If I know one thing for sure and that is everything is changeable and I will show you how you can turn your meh? into  woo-hoo!.
