My beauty queens,  Now that you are standing truer and taller in your level-up, not everyone will like that for you. You are building routines around your mental health, physical health and emotional health and marinating in the frequency of conscious women...and sometimes you feel like the lone wolf.  Like I said, I got you. With the holiday season underway there will be plenty of parties, dances and traditions that may get ruined because of shitty or miserable behavior by one or some and you not being able to hold yourself through it.  My Sisterhood Covenant, is a deep dive using my 3-step framework to create SPACE and relate to yourself as a CREATOR  vs. a CONSUMER.   As a woman on this planet you play dozens of roles throughout your lifetime in society, in friendships, as a sacred partner and in your family. It’s so much fun being a woman so let's embrace all the power and glory that comes with such personal and generational responsibility.  One of the hardest things I needed to learn was how to talk with other women without the competition, emotional warfare, gossiping and judgements. I desire a deep connection with women but I don't feel seen or heard, I am not understood and in some cases shunned...Overtly.
